Alce Nero Organic Whole Penne Rigate is made using only whole semolina from organic durum wheat, which comes from milling the whole grain in which has undergone no refinement and features no addictive's. The semolina dough is made with spring water from Dolomites, which gives it an entirely unique flavour.
