又愛又恨!Royal Taste 午餐肉真好味

午餐肉呢家嘢係人都知 大家同我一樣由細食到大 所以 乜嘢係好食 乜嘢唔好食唔使講咁太多嘅 ! 不過 點解今期又要講下呢 其實因為我比較相信 Royal Taste 皇滋味 佢嘅品質,你知啦午餐肉呢樣嘢質素幾參差㗎 明知罐頭嘢 防腐劑唔少得,應該唔會搵上乘豬肉製作造成咁重皮?不過既然食落肚 作為重要儲備食物之一, 大廠有質素保證 同冇得保證?? 我寧願揀有保證嗰間!

Royal Taste 美國品牌( 荷蘭製造(現時) )專做午餐肉,據說採用優質豬肉製造,口感細緻又鮮嫩。除咗原味午餐肉,仲有減鹽同芝士味可供選擇,真係好適合香港人嘅口味。有減鹽同冇減鹽真係一個選擇 茶餐廳嗰啲就冇得揀喇淨係好食唔好食啫

減鹽系列
Royal Taste 推出咗減鹽嘅午餐肉,遠低於一般午餐肉,啱啱好適合注重健康嘅朋友仔。都係嗰句有得減鹹,就揀冇咁喊好啲!

芝士口味
芝士味午餐肉其實我覺得都係一個賣點。一打開罐頭就見到芝士粒,煎出嚟時仲會散發芝士香氣,每一口都有芝士嘅鹹香,我個人係幾鍾意㗎

食譜?
雖然都係唔講你都知,不過有講同冇講又有啲唔同嘅:

1 煎蛋配午餐肉:
用Royal Taste午餐肉切片,配埋煎蛋,配個即食麵
2 午餐肉炒蛋:
將午餐肉切粒,與蛋液炒勻,再加埋蔥花,營養又美味
3 午餐肉炒飯:
將午餐肉切粒同埋飯一齊炒,加啲蔥簡直係完美搭配
4 午餐肉番茄炒蛋:
將royal taste任何一款午餐肉切成方格骰仔咁大,煎香佢擺埋一邊。整好番茄炒蛋撈埋落去,已經滋味無窮
5 午餐肉白飯:
煎香午餐肉 +白飯,完!

Royal Taste Luncheon

Royal Taste is an American brand that specializes in luncheon meat. They claim to use high-quality pork, resulting in a delicate and tender texture. Besides the original flavor, they also offer reduced sodium option and a cheese flavor, which are really suitable for Hong Kong people's taste. Having a choice between reduced sodium and regular is great, unlike those cha chaan teng (Local HK restaurants) where you just have to take what’s good or bad.

Less Sodium Series
Royal Taste has launched areduced sodium luncheon meat, which is significantly lower than regular luncheon meat. This makes it perfect for health-conscious folks. As I always say, if there's a chance to reduce salt, go for the one that's less salty.
