本系列只售零食、餅乾、即食麵、罐裝及樽裝飲品等密封產品，不出售任何需冷藏的鮮品或 Use By 類別產品。購買臨期食品，減少食物浪費，由每一餐開始。

「最佳食用日期」過了還可以食嗎？
Can I eat food past its Best Before date?
「最佳食用日期」(Best Before) 係食品處於最佳品質狀態的建議期限，並非安全食用的截止日期。薯片、餅乾、即食麵等乾糧類，過了 Best Before 後通常只是口感或風味略有差別，並不影響食用安全性。
Best Before indicates peak quality, not a safety deadline. Sealed dry goods remain safe and are simply past their optimal flavour point.
「Best Before」同「Use By」有咩分別？

Use By（此日期前食用）：食品安全期限，例如鮮奶、生肉，過期後必須棄置。
Best Before（最佳食用日期）：品質建議日期，食品過期後仍然安全，只是品質可能略有下降。

你哋會賣牛奶、鮮肉等易壞食品嗎？
Do you sell perishables like milk or fresh meat?
不會。Short-dated Deal 系列只售密封乾糧類產品——零食、餅乾、即食麵、罐裝或樽裝飲品等。牛奶、鮮肉、芝士等需冷藏的 Use By 類產品，我們一律不出售。

折扣係點計算的？
How are discounts calculated?
折扣視乎產品距離 Best Before 日期的時間而定，距離越近折扣越大，由 8 折至 3 折不等。每件產品均清晰標示原價、現售價及 Best Before 日期，方便您自行判斷。
Discounts range 20-70% depending on proximity to the Best Before date. All dates are clearly listed on each product.

除了慳錢高達 50% 之外，購買臨期食品係減少食物浪費最直接的方法之一。香港每年有大量食品因臨近 Best Before 日期而被棄置，其實大部分仍完全可以安全食用。

產品包裝有冇破損或異味，如何處理？
What if packaging is damaged?
如收貨時發現產品有包裝破損、異味或明顯變質，請即 WhatsApp 聯絡我們並附上相片，我們會即時跟進退換安排。單純因 Best Before 日期已過而要求退換則不在退換範圍。
